Printify Integration
In this article, you'll learn how to get started uploading designs to Printify using Prelist’s bulk uploader.
Getting Started with the Printify Uploader
Before you can upload, make sure your Printify account is connected to Prelist. Once access is granted, you’ll be redirected to Prelist and ready to start creating products.
If you aren't completely set up yet, you can check out these guides:
Uploading Your First Designs
Step 1: Select Your Shop
If you’ve connected multiple Printify accounts, select the correct shop from the dropdown menu.
Step 2: Choose a Template
Pick a template that matches the product you want to upload designs to. Not sure how? Start by creating one first.

Step 3: Upload Your Designs
Drag and drop your design files into the uploader. You can upload as many as you want. Pro tip: keep your files well-named to stay organized.

Step 4: Adjust Size & Position
Prelist sets default sizing and placement, but you can fine-tune these if your design needs to be positioned precisely.
Step 5: Update Titles & Tags
Update your product’s title, description, and tags — all from inside the uploader. This syncs directly with Printify and Etsy, saving you extra steps later.
Note: Be sure to apply these settings after uploading all of your designs for the batch.

Step 6: Review Before Uploading
Do a final check for quality and accuracy. You can always make changes later, but reviewing now saves time.
Step 7: Upload to Printify
Click the “Upload to Printify” button. That’s it — your products are on the way!

Step 8: Review in Printify
Check your Printify dashboard to confirm that everything looks the way you expected.
Uploader Tips & Tricks
Check image quality — ensure your files are high resolution and the right format.
Double-check variants — confirm all size/color options are mapped correctly.
Batch uploads — group similar products to speed up tagging and edits.
Use templates — for consistent details like mockups, titles, or pricing.
Fill in metadata — titles, tags, and keywords can be set in the uploader.
Use the bulk editor — apply final tweaks to listings after upload using Prelist presets and tools.
